The Petrella brothers, owners of Gaslite Restaurant, made a $2,000 donation Wednesday to the fund to purchase a new K-9 for the Wintersville Police Department. Ali, a current K-9 with the department, will be retiring in June at the age of 10 1/2. The Petrella brothers are challenging other Wintersville businesses to make donations for the new dog.
