Mayor Harold Miller, right, during the June 10 Weirton Council meeting, presented veteran Randy Bramhall with a mayoral proclamation in recognition of his military service. Bramhall enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1975, serving on board the U.S.S. Buchanan, a guided missile destroyer. Bramhall was honorably discharged in 1977. — Craig Howell
