The Steubenville-Wintersville original pop music band ALBVS performs on stage Friday as First Fridays on Fourth celebrates the beginning of August with an ’80s theme in downtown Steubenville. Hundreds of people strolled through the two-block area, purchasing food and drinks and looking at various arts and crafts on display.
