After more than a year, the Harmon Creek Bridge was fully reopened to traffic Monday. The bridge, located near the Cove Road/Harmon Creek exit from U.S. Route 22 in Weirton, has been partially closed since March 2019 as part of an approximately $7 million rebuild project under the West Virginia Roads to Prosperity program.
