BETHANY — Bethany College’s homecoming court has been announced ahead of this weekend’s activities.

The women vying for the title of queen are Olivia Archer, of Wheeling; Jessie Braddock, of Brownsville, Pa.; Sydney Freeman, of St. Clairsville; Taylor Naples, of Salem, Ohio; and Zoe Woods, of Washington, Pa.

The men competing for the title of king are Kyle Goodwin, of Parkersburg; Jose Iraheta, of Fredericksburg, Va.; Bryce Rohrbaugh, of Rittman, Ohio; Braylon Sibley, of McKinney, Texas; Ethan Young, of Pittsburgh.

Bethany has reimagined its annual homecoming celebration this year to work within COVID-19 social-distancing requirements.

Instead of inviting alumni to return to campus, Bethany has scheduled four days of virtual events that encouraged students and alumni alike to interact with the college and each other.

The king and queen, who are chosen by student vote, will be identified Saturday during a Bison football intrasquad scrimmage game. The game will be livestreamed starting at 1 p.m.
