The Weirton Rotary Club on Wednesday welcomed Kelly Pizzoferrato, transition agent for Jobs and Hope WV. Jobs and Hope was established by the state in July 2019 to assist those with barriers to employment, such as criminal records, lack of transportation, poor credit records or lack of training and experience get into the work force by forming partnerships with nonprofits and government agencies throughout the state.
