Don Lizon, a member of First Baptist Church of Wellsburg, shoveled snow from in front of the church Tuesday afternoon. He was among those who cleared mounds of snow from sidewalks and vehicles after the Ohio Valley was blanketed by approximately 4 inches of snow late Monday night.
