14 indicted by Hancock grand jury
NEW CUMBERLAND — A grand jury convening in Hancock County this week has issued indictments on 14 individuals, including three who are facing multiple sexual abuse and assault charges, according to information released Wednesday by county Prosecuting Attorney Steven Dragisich.
Among those indicted was Willard Gardner, 52, who currently is in custody at the West Virginia Northern Regional Jail.
Gardner is facing 10 counts of sexual abuse by a parent; 10 counts of first degree sexual assault; two counts of displaying obscene matter; three counts of use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor and 10 counts of incest.
Also currently housed in the Northern Regional Jail is Daniel Knight, 37, who was indicted on eight counts of sexual abuse by a custodian; two counts of first degree sexual abuse; six counts of second degree sexual assault and six counts of third degree sexual assault.
Gabriel Moreland, also known as Vanderwolf, age 24, faces 12 counts of sexual abuse in the first degree; 12 counts of sexual abuse in the third degree; one count of second degree sexual assault; one count third degree sexual assault and one count of entry of a dwelling.
Moreland has no known address.

Chad Yelich, 42, 3518 Orchard St., Weirton, delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance (fentanyl); possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, fentanyl; possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, methamphetamine
Jordan Nicole Sponaugle, 23, address unknown, delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, fentanyl; delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, cocaine
