The Rotary Club of Weirton Heights, on April 6, welcomed its newest member, inducting Melinda Howell. An area native, Howell is employed by Cigna Health Insurance. A graduate of West Liberty University, she is a national and regional officer for the Kappa Phi Club, an adviser for the Chi Omega Fraternity and a member of the Tri-State Community Band.
