Brooke County Courthouse closed today

WELLSBURG – The Brooke County Courthouse, including courts there, has been closed because of flooded roads preventing a number of staff from reporting to work.

State and county officials have reported areas near Cross Creek Road and state Route 67 being flooded by nearby creeks and Pierce Run Road and Pot Rock Road are among roads that have been closed because of high water or debris.
