Mowry named new CEO at CHANGE, Inc.

WEIRTON -- Lisa Mowry has been announced as the new chief executive officer of CHANGE Inc., succeeding Judy Raveaux in the position.
Raveaux retired following 39 years with the agency, initially announcing her plans in December 2020. Mowry officially assumes the role Saturday.
Mowry has a bachelor of science in business administration from West Liberty University, and joined CHANGE in March 2004 as its development coordinator. She has secured more than 350 grants, valued at more than $35 million, in support of agency programs.
In 2018, Mowry was named compliance manager, overseeing the risk management, compliance, HIPAA and 340B programs, as well as becoming the manager of the customer resource coordinators.
Mowry is a certified results-oriented management and accountability implementer and certified community action professional.
CHANGE is a non-profit organization serving communities in Hancock, Brooke, Jefferson, Ohio and Marshall counties.
It provides a federally qualified family medical care service, including family health, women’s health, dental services and behavioral health regardless of age, income, residency or insurance status, through three community health centers and 10 school-based health centers. CHANGE offers domestic violence awareness programs, child advocacy, weatherization, supportive services for veterans and housing counseling.
