WEIRTON – The boil order issued Wednesday for the area of Avenue D in Weirton has been lifted, according to the Weirton Area Water Board.
The order had been in effect for all customers on Avenue D, as well as the alley between Avenue D and Avenue E and those in the area who experienced low or no water pressure following a water line repair.
Water may be used without any restrictions, effective at 7:30 a.m. today.
