Area residents filled the streets of downtown Steubenville Friday for the 2023 First Friday on Fourth season kickoff. With two stages this year, an expanded footprint and more vendors, there was plenty to keep the crowd busy. Fans crowded around the main stage to see the Skyliners kick off this year's live entertainment and festival-goers of all ages browsed tables loaded with hand-made foods and crafts, visited food trucks and treated themselves to cotton candy. The monthly street festival will return on June 2.
