Representatives of the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce visited GRITGEAR Apparel, located at 419A Cadiz Road, Wintersville, to learn more about the business and make some purchases. GRITGEAR is a business built on honoring the military, first responders and patriotic Americans. Owned by Rich and Sharen Gunther, the business offers a variety of clothing, leather, wooded and beaded accessories, coffee and more. The Cash Mob program was launched by the chamber in 2021 as part of its efforts to support the local business community. Participants gather at a predetermined time to shop at each of the selected businesses. — Craig Howell
