The Weirton Summer Concert Series, organized by the Top of West Virginia Convention and Visitors Bureau, resumed Friday with an appearance by the Dirty Grass Players at the Weirton Event Center. The Baltimore-based band provides a mix of traditional and progressive bluegrass as it entertains fans across the country. The concert series will continue July 28 with Retroactive Outrage and Full Circle Band, as well as a car cruise. — Craig Howell
