Weirton Rotary Club is planning a Touch-a-Truck event, for 10 a.m. to noon, July 29 at Starvaggi Memorial Park, and is receiving support through a donation from First Choice America Community Federal Credit Union. The event will include a variety of trucks for area youth to see and touch, as well as free admission to Starvaggi Pool for anyone under 10 years of age.
