The Rotary Club of Weirton Heights recently provided a donation to West Virginia Northern Community College in support of its foundation's Emergency Grant Fund. The WVNCC Foundation Emergency Grant Fund is to assist students who have an unforeseen financial emergency, which otherwise would prevent them from continuing to attend WVNCC. The funds are not designed to be a consistent supplement to regular tuition sources, and requests for assistance must be urgent in nature. — Contributed
