Boil order issued following work on Cove Road in Weirton

WEIRTON – The Weirton Area Water Board has issued a boil order following work on a water line along Cove Road earlier today.

The order is in effect for the 400 block of Cove Road, as well as Overbrook Drive, Garden Way and Spring Street, as well as any other water customers in the area who lost pressure.

Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation until further notice.
