As she has for many years, Weirton crossing guard Sheila Long, Tuesday afternoon, provided a holiday treat for the youth at her bus stop on Marland Heights. Working with parents, and with support from United Bank, each child received a gift, presented to them by Santa Claus, as well as pizza and other refreshments. In addition, pet food and other items were collected with plans to donate them to Angels for Animals, a veterinary care center and shelter located in Canfield. — Craig Howell
