Water service to be disrupted
WELLSBURG -- City officials have announced water customers from 12th Street north will be without water from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday while a new vault and valve are installed for the fire suppression system at Eagle Manufacturing.
The work will take place near Charles and 24th streets.
City Manager Steve Maguschak said once water service has been restored, city crews will be flushing lines, and a 48-hour boil order will be issued.
