As part of Weirton Council's meeting Monday, officials presented a Mayoral Proclamation recognizing February as Black History Month, as well as certificates of appreciation to city resident Rosie McAllister and members of the Ohio Valley Cloak and Dagger Co. in honor of their annual theatrical productions offering the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King.
