New Crittenton Services CEO up and running
WHEELING — The new president and CEO of Crittenton Services, Ashleigh Parker, already is making an impact on the local nonprofit’s behavioral health agency.
Since coming on board in January, Parker has proactively engaged with the team, clients and stakeholders, reflecting her commitment to building upon Crittenton’s 129-year legacy and advancing its mission.
“We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Ashleigh Parker to Crittenton Services as our new President & CEO,” expressed Interim President & CEO Jennifer Spencer. “The enthusiasm and expertise that she brings to the table greatly align with our vision for the future.”
Spencer will return to her previous role as Crittenton’s vice president of quality improvement.
Parker holds a doctorate in behavioral health from Arizona State University, a master’s in business administration from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, and a bachelor’s in healthcare administration and information systems.
She has served as a Hospital Unit Director at Trinity Health System in Philadelphia, overseeing outpatient clinic management, and held roles such as Field Service Manager at Maximus and Quality Review and Audit Manager at Cigna/NYLife, demonstrating expertise in driving company growth, and improving healthcare operations and management.
Now she leads an organization that is the only residential facility in West Virginia licensed to meet the specialized behavioral health needs of adolescent maternity clients.

A licensed, nationally accredited, nonprofit agency, Crittenton Services provides a continuum of behavioral health services which includes residential care for girls ages 12- 21; outpatient community-based counseling through its Wellspring Family Services program; and trauma-informed educational services through its TIES and Willow Tree Learning Academy programs.
