Student artists from four area middle schools - Weir Middle, Brooke Middle, Oak Glen Middle and St. Joseph the Worker - were celebrated at the Summit Art Gallery in Weirton, Tuesday as part of the launch of a new exhibit. "Every Child is an Artist" will be on display at the gallery, located at 3539 Main St., until May 3. The Summit Art Gallery is managed by the Top of West Virginia Arts Council, under the auspices of the Top of West Virginia Convention and Visitors Bureau. — Craig Howell
