Boil order issued for Brooke Street area in Weirton

WEIRTON – The Weirton Area Water Board has issued a boil order following repairs to a water line today on Brooke Street.

The order is in effect for all water customers on Brooke Street, Sycamore Street, Pleasant Avenue, and others in the area who lost water pressure.

Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation until further notice.
