WEIRTON – A boil order has been issued for a portion of Palisades Drive, following work on a water line in the area today, according to the Weirton Area Water Board.

Areas affected by this notice include all residents and businesses on Palisades Drive between Elmhurst Drive and Hanlin Way and any other businesses and residents that experienced low or no pressure in that area.

Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation until further notice.
