The Top of West Virginia Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Top of WV Arts Council welcomed members of the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce, Follansbee Chamber of Commerce and Wellsburg Chamber of Commerce for a Business After Hours and grand opening at their new offices at 243 Three Springs Drive, Suite 17 in Weirton. Located within the Three Springs Crossing business complex, the office features information on local attractions and events, along with a gift shop of locally made products, the Summit Art Gallery and an office for the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley. — Craig Howell
