WEIRTON – Weirton Council has canceled a planned workshop session, which had been scheduled for tonight, to continue discussion on the proposed 2025-2026 fiscal budgets.

A notice distributed by the city this morning noted the workshop was being canceled as a result of multiple illnesses.

Another workshop will be announced at a later time.
