WEIRTON – The boil order for the area of Forest Road has been lifted, effective at 10:15 a.m. today, according to the Weirton Area Water Board.
The order, issued Tuesday, was effective for Forest Road, Scenic Road, Meadowbrook Lane, and Greenlawn Boulevard, and followed repairs to a water line on Forest Road.
Water customers in the affected areas may resume using water without any restrictions or requirement to boil their water.
