WEIRTON – The boil order issued Thursday for portions of Booker Street and Wayne Avenue have been lifted.
According to the Weirton Area Water Board, the order, which was in effect for the 200 and 300 blocks of both streets, was lifted at 9 a.m. today. It was issued following work on a water line in the area.
Customers in the area may resume using water without any restrictions.
