WEIRTON – A boil order has been issued for all customers in the Weircrest and Kings Creek Bowl areas of Weirton following work on a water line on St. Ann Way.

The Weirton Area Water Board issued the order this afternoon, following conclusion of the work which previously had been announced. The order also includes any other water customers nearby who experienced low or no water pressure.

If you live in the affected area listed above, bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation until further notice.
