As part of their July 15 meeting, members of the Rotary Club of Weirton Heights heard from Weirton Mayor Dean Harris. Harris is in his third term as mayor, previously serving from 1995 to 2003, and has set goals for his new term to include creating economic opportunities and attract new businesses and residents, focusing on improvements to the city’s Main Street area.
