During Monday’s meeting of the Hancock County Board of Education, officials took time to recognize students from the county who participated in this year’s OVAC Rudy Mumley All-Star Football Game, held in Wheeling July 19. Among those honored by Superintendent Dan Enich, at right, were Weir High football players Damir Mowder, left, and Lucas McAllister, who were integral in West Virginia’s 15-14 victory.
