Follansbee Council Monday recognized members of the Follansbee Swim Team for collectively earning 3,148 points to win the Ohio Valley Swim League Championship as well as winning the Cindy Smith Invitational and the Martins Ferry Aquatic Club Invitational and placing second in the Sprint Splash.
