WEIRTON – A boil order has been issued for the area of Riverview Drive following work performed on a water line earlier today.
The Weirton Area Water Board issued the order Tuesday afternoon for all customers on Riverview Drive, Elwood Lane, and the 3500 block of Brightway, along with any others in the area who experienced low or no water pressure.
If you live in the affected area listed above bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using,
or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation until further notice.
