Walk with a Doc returns

STEUBENVILLE — Trinity Health System will continue its Walk with a Doc series this week.

On Thursday, Dr. Muhammad Faisal Khalid will lead a walk beginning at 9 a.m. at the YMCA Wellness Center at the St. John Arena in Steubenville.

And on Saturday, Nurse Practitioner Staci Butkus will lead a walk beginning at 9 a.m. at the Ohio Valley Mall in St. Clairsville.

Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. You’ll take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a health care professional, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk at your own pace and distance and fun conversation.
