During its Jan. 13 meeting, members of the Rotary Club of Weirton Heights heard from Madonna High School juniors Lucia DiBacco and Sophia Soly, who spoke about their experiences attending the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminar, held last June at Fairmont State University. They participated in workshops designed to strengthen their leadership and public speaking skills, while interacting with other students from around the state.
