Weirton Rotarians were visited by Kelly Coffin, transition agent for Jobs and Hope WV, during the club’s meeting Wednesday. Jobs and Hope is a state-run program designed to assist West Virginians in overcoming barriers to employment, especially those associated with substance use disorders and related challenges.
