The Rotary Club of Weirton Heights is preparing for its annual Mardi Gras event, to be held Feb. 21 at Pepsi-Cola Roadhouse in Burgettstown. A portion of the proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the Weirton Christian Center and its services. Among those supporting Mardi Gras is Hancock County Savings Bank, which has donated $1,000. There are five levels of sponsorship, with general admission tickets priced at $65. Tickets are available at the Weirton Christian Center, Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Top of West Virginia Convention and Visitors Bureau.
