WLU announces music scholarship auditions of fall

WEST LIBERTY — West Liberty University’s Music Program will hold scholarship auditions for students interested in pursuing degrees in Music Education, Music Performance or Music Technology, beginning with the Fall 2026 semester.

Scholarship auditions provide students the opportunity to be considered for more than $100,000 in music scholarships awarded annually.

Students interested in auditioning will find information, including requirements and preparation materials, and a registration link online at: https://westliberty.edu/music/audition-information/

Audition dates include Feb. 20, March 20, and April 18, with alternative audition dates available upon arrangement. Students also may audition by video.

West Liberty University’s Music Program prepares students for careers in K-12 education, performance, production, and related fields. Graduates work in schools, theatres, concert halls, music festivals, music retail, and music production. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, internships, student teaching, and close faculty mentorship within a supportive, close-knit academic community.
