WEIRTON – The Weirton Area Water Board has lifted the boil order issued Wednesday for customers on Elaine Street, effective at 8 a.m. today.

Those in the affected area may resume using water without any restrictions or requirement to boil.

The order was issued following work on a water line on Elaine Street.
