Boil order issued

WELLSBURG — On Thursday evening, a 48-hour boil order was issued for the city’s water customers following repairs to a main line break.

Council meeting canceled

WELLSBURG — Tuesday’s Wellsburg Council meeting has been canceled because it will follow funeral arrangements for the mayor’s daughter.

A new date for the meeting will be announced.

Solid waste board to meet

STEUBENVILLE — The Jefferson-Belmont Regional Solid Waste Authority Board will hold its regular board meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday on Monday at 67895 Pickering Road, St. Clairsville.

Board meetings are open to the public. A personnel committee meeting has been scheduled for 5:15 p.m. regarding employee compensation.
