Two arrested in connection with Subway burglary

Third suspect still at large

CHESTER – Two area residents have been arrested in connection to the burglary of the Subway sandwich shop along U.S. Route 30 earlier this month, while a third suspect remains at large.

The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office announced, Wednesday, the arrest of Andrew Toth and Kaitlyn Banchi, both of Chester, on charges of accessory before the fact and accessory after the fact in relation to the burglary which took place Feb. 17.

Law enforcement officials continue to search for Nicholas Konrad, of New Jersey, with an arrest warrant issued on charges of entry of a building other than a dwelling.
