WEIRTON – Weirton Restaurant Week is set to kick off Sunday, inviting the community to dine local and celebrate the region’s culinary scene.

More than 20 restaurants in Weirton, New Cumberland, Chester, Steubenville, and Burgettstown are offering special promotions throughout the week, which focuses on the importance of dining local and supporting area businesses.

In addition to enjoying various deals and specials, diners will have the opportunity to win gift cards ranging from $5 to $25. T. Kosciusko Hall has donated a grand prize again this year: catering for an event of 20 people, free of charge.

To enter the prize drawings, dine at participating restaurants during the week and turn in your receipts, with your name and phone number written on the back, to either the Top of West Virginia Convention and Visitors Bureau or the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce by March 8. Winners will be drawn on March 9.
