Palm Sunday service set

WEIRTON — St. Thomas Episcopal Church on Three Springs Drive in Weirton will hold its Palm Sunday service at noon Sunday, with the Rev. Steven McKeown from St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Steubenville.

Council to meet Thursday

FOLLANSBEE — Follansbee Council will have a special meeting at 5 p.m. Thursday at the City Building to finalize the budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.

Brooke High School to present musical

WELLSBURG — Brooke High School will present “Goosebumps the Musical: Phantom of the Auditorium” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.

The show is inspired by the popular series of young adult horror novels by R.L. Stine but is suitable for all ages, said Jen Tulodzieski, the school’s choir director.

Admission is $12, with tickets available at the school’s main office during the school day or at the door before the performance.

Heading the cast of Brooke High School students are: Deedra Groves, Roni VanCamp, Kamryn Lloyd, Ella Myers, Gauge Cheeks and Landon Hurley.
