WEIRTON - The boil order for the areas of South 16th Street, South 17th Street and Wetzel Street has been lifted, effective at 8:50 a.m. today, according to the Weirton Area Water Board.
The order was issued Monday following repairs to a water line in the area.
Customers in the affected area may resume using water without any restrictions or requirement to boil their water.
