Mia Loy and Chris Elliott, graduates of Steubenville High School, were the recipients of this year’s Dean Martin Association Scholarships. Loy, who won the music scholarship, plans to study musical theater at Kent State University, while Elliott, who won the golf scholarship, plans to study mechanical engineering at the University of Akron. Their awards were presented during the June 18 concert at the Berkman Amphitheater.
