Members of Weirton Rotary recently heard from two local high school sophomores who participated in this year’s Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminar at Glenville State University. Alea White from Weir High and Parker Comm from Oak Glen High were among this year’s participants, discussing their experiences learning from, and working with, approximately 100 other students from across the state.
