Area residents were treated to a performance by Fleetwood 2 the Max, Friday, as part of the Weirton summer concert series, organized by the City of Weirton. Hailing from Lima, Ohio, the group offers a tribute to Fleetwood Mac, presenting covers of many of the legendary rock group’s biggest hits from 1975 to 1987. The concert series will continue June 26 with local musician Matt VanFossen. Gates at the Weirton Event Center open at 7 p.m., with the show at 8 p.m.
