Traffic to be restricted on part of Culler Road

WEIRTON - Traffic will be restricted to one lane on a portion of Culler Road Wednesday, as part of planned repairs to a water line.

The restriction will be in place from Wirt Street to Putnam Lane beginning at 8 a.m., according to the Weirton Area Water Board.
