The Top of West Virginia Arts Council hosted a reception Thursday in celebration of the ongoing exhibit at the Summit Art Gallery, featuring the works of Evan Clough, titled "Simulated Process: Printmaking on Paper." Clough's work is the result of collaging and montaging archived family photo scans through digital programs to manipulate color and composition, while also stretching and warping the original images beyond recognition. The exhibit will be on display through Aug. 26.
